Available since 2007, the Rabbit is already on the verge of being revamped. Its availability in 2009 will be limited since Volkswagen will stop production of the current model in the Fall. It looks like the new generation, which will be an evolution of the current one, will use the same power train. In Canada, the Golf name will be reinstated in 2010, while it should remain unchanged in the United States. But while we wait, Volkswagen is still offering a very attractive and pleasant to drive vehicle. The new thing for 2009 is an optional sports group giving the Rabbit some GTI genes!
