The 2026 Ford Mustang receives additional packages, including the performance RTR (exclusive to 4-cylinder models) and FX (for nostalgic buyers) packages. Inspired by the generation commonly referred to as the “Fox Body,” the latter features an Adriatic Blue paint colour, white wheels and seats with a plaid finish. Under the hood, the choices remain limited to a turbocharged 4-cylinder or a naturally aspirated V8 producing between 480 (GT) and 500 horsepower (Dark Horse). There’s also the supercharged V8 in the new Dark Horse SC and the track-ready GTD, but those are very limited editions.
