First of 10 McLaren 720S Canada 10th Anniversary MSO 1/10 Models is Delivered

Pfaff Automotive Partners, McLaren’s Canadian importer, celebrated the delivery of the first of ten “Canada 10th Anniversary MSO 1/10” special 720S models in Toronto this week.

Remember, the doors to the first McLaren showroom in Canada opened in 2012. In the past decade, the brand has expanded its product line and significantly increased sales while adding locations in Vancouver (2014) and Montreal (2017). Over 1,000 McLaren vehicles are now on Canadian roads.

Available in both Coupe and Spider variants (three and seven units, respectively), the sold-out celebratory model is a nod to the first McLaren sold in Canada, a 2012 12C delivered by McLaren Toronto. The 10 special cars all feature the Performance Plus Pack and Pirelli Corsa tires for maximum driver enjoyment.

The Canada 10th Anniversary MSO 1/10 wears a distinctive livery. All units are finished in MSO Bespoke paint in Pure Black with Stealth wheel finish, mirroring the country’s first 12C. The exterior is further accented with the Stealth Pack, MSO Black Pack, and on the Spider, an electrochromatic glazed roof.

Exterior accents in McLaren Orange reference the brand’s early racing history in Canada, which includes Can-Am wins in 1967 and 1969-72, as well as Formula 1 wins in 1968 and 1973. Special exterior features from MSO include McLaren Orange paint on the front and side air intakes, the rear diffuser, and a custom painted stripe with an inset maple leaf graphic. The McLaren Orange underside of the rear wing is further accented with a black stripe and maple leaf graphic. The brake calipers are also specially painted in McLaren Orange.

MSO logos are present on the head restraints, as well as a special MSO dedication plaque.

Customers also receive a Canadian McLaren heritage hardcover book celebrating the brand’s history in the country.
