Honda Mobilio Concept: Destined for Asian Markets

Honda has just unveiled a concept car called the Mobilio at the Indonesian Auto Salon.

This concept will eventually become a production vehicle to be offered in several Asian markets.

It’s a compact crossover based on the Brio, which is sold all over Asia.

The aesthetics of the concept were largely inspired by that of the Odyssey minivan.

Despite its relatively small size, the vehicle can accommodate up to seven passengers.

It will be equipped with a four-cylinder 1.5-liter iVTEC engine, with 120 horsepower.

The main task of the Mobilio will be to cut into sales of the Toyota Avanza in some Asian markets. There will also be the rival Datsun GO + which was unveiled this week at the Indonesian salon.
