Somewhat less refined that its Buick cousin, the Chevrolet Traverse provides a more affordable entry into this class of vehicle. Identical powertrains, a 3.6L V6 and six-speed automatic transmission, provide similar performance figures. All except the LTZ have seven horsepower and four lbs.-ft. of torque less due to a more restrictive exhaust system. Front-wheel drive is standard with all-wheel drive optional.
