All new Forte will replace Spectra

In yet another example of the sweeping changes to Kia's product line up, Kia Canada unveiled the all new Forte sedan today at the 2009 Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto. The latest expression of Kia's new design and look, the Forte sedan will replace the current Spectra when it arrives in Canadian dealerships in April 2009.

Developed at Kia's new design centre in Irvine, California, the design team led by Peter Schreyer has given the new Forte a strong presence, creating a look and feel that is distinct and advances Kia's new design language.

"The new Forte further illustrates Kia's focus on creating vehicles that inspire passion and excitement in our customers", says Brian Kim, National Manager Product Planning. "Inside and out, the new Forte continues the ongoing complete regeneration of our product line, with high quality vehicles that are fun to drive and own."
