New Teaser For SPECTRE, James Bond's Next Movie

Fans of the world’s most famous English spy are eagerly awaiting the latest opus in the series: on November 6th, Daniel Craig will reprise his role as James Bond in the 24th movie in the franchise.

Car lovers are also awaiting this new movie; 007 has been the world’s most notorious Aston Martin driver, inspiring more than a few rich people to get behind the wheel of an English coupe. From the legendary DB5 to the Vantage, the Vanquish and the DBS (there have also been a few BMWs, but we’ll skip over them), the Bond cars are almost as famous as James himself.

A new trailer for SPECTRE has been launched today; let’s take a moment to look at all the beauties shown on screen, shall we (the cars, I mean; we won’t talk about Monica Bellucci here)?

First of all, the Q division really outdid themselves this time: instead of simply modifying a lowly production Aston Martin, they based their work on a unique car. The new DB10 is based on the Vantage’s platform, but it doesn’t share any of its body panels. We don’t exactly know what lurks under the hood, but the above video shows that it has a rear-facing flamethrower (I wonder if Aston Martin will include this option in regular models…). Finally, the car has a manual transmission, just as it should.

The other vehicle that we see in the teaser may seem familiar: it’s the Jaguar C-X75, a concept that was unveiled a few years ago.

Apart from that, we can expect explosions, stunts, unbelievable sequences…

November 6th can’t come soon enough.
