Lexus Wants YOUR Opinion on the Latest RC F Color

At the Detroit Auto Show, Lexus unveiled its new sports car, the RC F. With a 5L V8 engine producing 450 HP and an 8-speed automatic gearbox, it goes from 0 to 100 in 4.6 seconds and will hit more than 270 km/h, provided with enough straight road (and no law enforcement).

The only car we have seen so far was painted in a beautiful metallic blue, but the Japanese manufacturer has just teased us with a picture of another livery. They want the public to name it.

It is, as you can see, a very bright orange, and it looks like it may be metallic. The most popular suggestions so far are Tangerine Flame, Solar Flare and Fiery Orange.

If you want, you can submit your idea on Lexus’ Facebook page. What do you think this color should be named? Personally, I like A-Mix-Of-Red-And-Yellow, or maybe Doritos Orange (there might be some copyright issues on this one)…
