The Volkswagen Tiguan steps into the compact crossover space with a premium interior and standard all-wheel drive. The Tiguan isn't quite as large inside as some of its rivals, but it's definitely comfortable. All models feature standard turbocharged power: the 2.0L four-cylinder unit under the hood is good for 200 horses and 200 lbs.-ft. of torque. A six-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission handles the gear shifting duties for the Volkswagen.
