Toyota Tacoma
The midsize pickup segment is hot right now, and the completely redesigned, fourth-gen Tacoma couldn’t have come at a better time (the old one dated back to 2016). Nine models are available including a choice of two cargo bed sizes. Most models feature a turbocharged 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine producing 270 horsepower (manual transmission) or 278 horsepower (automatic transmission), but the real kicker is the optional hybrid powertrain generating 326 horsepower and as much as 465 lb-ft of torque.
