Toyota Land Cruiser
The Land Cruiser returned to the Canadian market last year after disappearing in 1995. It’s now built on Toyota’s TNGA-F truck platform and equipped with a plethora of gadgets and systems for off-road use. Motivation comes from a turbocharged 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine mated to an electric motor. That’s right: this Land Cruiser is a hybrid. Performance is impressive with 326 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. Maximum towing capacity is 6,000 lbs.
