In 2024, the Toyota Land Cruiser returned to the Canadian market after a 29-year absence. While it shares the TNGA-F platform and hybrid powertrain (326 horsepower, 465 lb-ft of torque) with the Toyota 4Runner, it boasts unique looks that appeal to purists and nostalgic drivers. The 1958 edition is a base model with modest content and round headlights. The Land Cruiser's equipment-to-price ratio isn't particularly advantageous, but its off-road capabilities are impressive.
