Under the sloping and stylish hood, Nissan's famous VQ 3.5L V6 generates 260 horsepower and 240 lb·ft of torque. You get standard front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive, but either way, the Murano comes is equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission with simulated gear changes.
