This new supercar is part of McLaren’s Ultimate Series, in which we found the Senna and the P1. Despite the absence of a windshield, the automaker says the Elva’s aerodynamic design actually deflects high-speed air over the cockpit—but we must still wear a helmet. It’s also the lightest McLaren road car ever produced. The Elva is equipped with a twin-turbo, 4.0-litre V8 that develops 800 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque.
