The Q70 is Infiniti's flagship model, and it’s experienced a few changes under the hood in recent years. The baseline Q70 has a 3.7-litre V6 with an impressive 330 horsepower. For more room inside, you’ll be able to opt for the extended wheelbase variant with its more muscular 5.6-litre V8. There’s also a hybrid version. Technology and comprehensive equipment are a given.
