The Hyundai Elantra has been going through a few very successful months because of its carefully priced versions and good equipment level, except maybe for the basic version. This is quite an exploit considering its rivals are the Honda Civic, Mazda3 and Toyota Corolla. The Elantra sedan comes with a 2,0-litre four-cylinder engine linked to a five-speed manual transmission (the four-speed automatic transmission is optional). ABS brakes are available on the top of the line versions only.
