Smaller than the Ranger, the Maverick stands out with a so-called FLEXBED featuring all sorts of rails and tie-downs as well as a versatile tailgate. The cargo bed is 4.5 feet long and can haul up to 1,500 pounds. Towing capacity amounts to 4,000 pounds with the available 2.0-litre EcoBoost engine and 4K Tow Package. The standard Maverick uses a hybrid powertrain and burns as little as 6.3 L/100 km, but it comes with FWD only.
