The base engine is a turbocharged 2.3-litre four-cylinder, while the other models benefit from a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 producing 365 horsepower—or an even 400 in the sporty Explorer ST. And remember, there’s an Explorer Hybrid combining a 3.3-litre V6 with a 35-kilowatt electric motor.
