Like its platform mates, the Chevrolet Tahoe was redesigned for 2025. After its initial four-year cycle on the market, the fifth-generation model needed a refresh, especially with competitors updating their own lineups in recent months. Mechanically, the Tahoe retains its three engines: two naturally aspirated gasoline V8s (5.3-liter and 6.2-liter) and a 3 liter inline-six turbodiesel. All three are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
