This year, the Sonic subcompact underwent several aesthetic modifications to make it more attractive. The designers also redesigned the dashboard, making it more practical with a display screen that can be linked to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The standard equipment list is enhanced with a more comprehensive suite of sophisticated accessories. A naturally aspirated, 1.8L four-cylinder engine and a turbocharged, 1.4L four are offered, both producing 138 horsepower.
