Chevrolet Impala
The Impala reflects America from days gone by and it refuses to go away despite the trouble it’s having finding buyers. For 2011, it has put together a somewhat more generous list of standard equipment. Its 3.5- and 3.9-litre V6 engines develop 207 and 230 horsepower respectively. The difference in fuel economy between the two engines is so minimal that many will suggest the 3.9-litre. Its only transmission is a four-speed automatic.
