The Equinox has been totally transformed this year—although GM refers to it as a 2018 model—with a more aerodynamic and modern body. This compact SUV is 180 kg lighter and its overhauled cabin draws inspiration from that of the Malibu. There are three available four-cylinder engines: the base version is a 170-horsepower, 1.5L four, while the most dynamic is a 252-horsepower, 2.0L turbo, and the third option is a 136-horsepower, 1.6L diesel.
