Chevrolet Equinox EV
Instead of developing different architectures for its various electric vehicles, GM has invested $35 billion in a single, modular platform called Ultium, which can operate with up to three power units. The Equinox EV, which has absolutely nothing in common with the gas-powered Equinox other than the name, offers a choice of front-wheel drive (210 horsepower, 400-480 km of estimated range) and all-wheel drive (290 horsepower, 350 km of range).
