In the next few months, the luxury—make that grand luxury—sedan will be transformed. In the meantime, the A8 is continuing on its merry way. The base version, equipped with a 333-horsepower V6, suits most people, but those wanting a little more can select a 450-horsepower, 4.0L V8. But why not fork out “a few” extra loonies and buy the S8? The accelerations of its 605-horsepower V8 are worth every penny.
