The F-450 diesel can tow a gooseneck trailer like this one, as long as doesn't weigh more than 32 500 lbs. (14 742 kg). The maximum weight of a fifth-wheel trailer can not go above 27 500 lbs. (12 474 kg), or in the case of a conventional trailer, 21 000 lbs. (9526 kg).
