Top 10 Most Affordable Hybrid Vehicles in 2025

What are you looking for in a hybrid vehicle? Fuel economy, improved performance, maybe a combination of both?

Burning less fuel and reducing emissions is one thing, but saving money at the pump is another. Indeed, it's important to calculate the price difference compared to a conventionally powered model and the mileage that will be required to make it profitable based on the cost of fuel.

The Car Guide has compiled the top 10 most affordable hybrid vehicles you can buy in 2025. Keep in mind that all MSRPs were accurate at the time of writing. However, they are subject to change at any time. They do not include freight, PDI and other applicable fees.

Before we go any further, you should know that the Kia Sportage Hybrid ($41,245) has fallen out of the top 10 following a major update for the 2026 model year that increased its price by more than $3,000. Meanwhile, pricing for the new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, expected to launch this fall, has yet to be announced.
