2017 Audi A4: We’re Driving It This Week

The Car Guide is heading out to test the 2017 Audi A4. Built on the MQB platform, this vehicle is the Ingolstadt brand’s answer to the established contenders, namely the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the new Jaguar XE.

Now more spacious, the new A4 sedan draws various style features from the recent A3 and is equipped with many of the brand’s recent technological advancements, like the Audi Virtual Cockpit that replaces the traditional instrument block. By using lightweight materials more extensively and streamlining some of the body contours, this A4 promises improved fuel economy and even lays claim to being the most aerodynamic vehicle in its segment.

The 2017 A4 was officially introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show and now we’re off to test it on the road. Check back for a detailed account of our experience driving the new A4, which is slated to hit Canadian showrooms in 2016 as a 2017 model.
