Want A Lamborghini Aventador SV? Too Late!

If you were on the verge of going to your nearest Lamborghini dealership with a $610,000 check to buy an Aventador SV, I have bad news for you: all 600 of them have been sold.

Only 3 months after being unveiled (and weeks after the startling proof that the supercar is as fast as McLaren, Ferrari and Porsche’s finest), the last Aventador SV was purchased. The cars have been evenly distributed all over the world: 200 units will be shipped to North and South America, 200 will go to Europe, the Middle East and Africa while the last 200 are for the Asian markets.

The lucky 600 people who bought the fastest production Lamborghini ever made will benefit from a car that has 750 horsepower and 170% more downforce than the regular Aventador. The manufacturer recently proved that these upgrades worked by setting a lap of the infamous Nurburgring Nordschleife in 6 minutes 59 seconds (and 73 hundredths of a second), an impressive achievement for a car without any hybrid tech or active aerodynamics.

On the floor of the Geneva Motor Show, Italian manufacturer Lamborghini just launched the next iteration of the Aventador, the Superveloce.
