The Range Rover Autobiography Black Has Been Overthrown
For a time, the Range Rover Autobiography Black with extended wheelbase sat on top of the lineup in terms of luxury and price. However, it seems like the brand's customers wanted even more, since the SVO division of Jaguar Land Rover just unveiled a new, exclusive, and more expensive version of their Range Rover. Offered at $327,000, it has been built in partnership with Holland & Holland, a renowned British armourer.
So what distinguishes this vehicle from the more plebeian Land Rovers? First of all, it has unique Holland & Holland Green paint. The grille is unique to this model, as are the badges.

Most of the changes are inside, though: according to the manufacturer, it has been designed to follow the lifestyle of Holland & Holland’s customers. With the Executive rear seats and the extended wheelbase, there is no doubt that the most comfortable place is in the back. The leather used is the smoothest and most perfect that SVO could find, and the armourer’s logo is visible everywhere. Even the transmission tunnel is adorned with hides.
Holland & Holland got its reputation not only for building impeccable firearms, but also because of the quality of its engravings, and they are featured everywhere in the Range Rover: on the door handles, the dashboard, and the console, among others.
There is also a locker in the back of the vehicle that can be used to store up to two hunting guns. It is mounted on a rail system, which means it can be brought closer for easy access, or pushed to the back for more cargo space.
Please note: even with the astronomical price of the vehicle, the guns shown in the above picture are not included. If they were, the Range Rover would be a screaming bargain (since a Holland & Holland hunting rifle sells for more than $100,000).
