Dartz Black Shark: For The Tyrant In You

Latvian manufacturer Dartz has acquired a somewhat controversial reputation in the last few years with its extremely opulent creations. For example, their Prombron Monaco Red Diamond Edition caused quite a stir when it offered an interior made of whale penis leather (I wish this was a joke…). Each subsequent version tried to one-up the one that came before it, and the last in line is no exception: on October 19th, the Dartz Motorz Black Shark will be unveiled.

Standard features include: thick armor plating made of a titanium-Kevlar alloy, a siren to disperse the rabble in front of you, door handles that retract into the body and can zap paparazzi that come too close (!), a fingerprint scanner and even a camera that can recognise its owner via their iris (dubbed the GoldenEye).

The vehicle is based on the chassis of the Mercedes-Benz GL63, which means we can expect to find an AMG V8 developing 550 horsepower under the hood. If you want more, Dartz says they can upgrade it to around 1500.

The final specs will be announced on October 19th. We will also learn about the vehicle’s price, which promises to be just as over the top as the truck itself…
