Mercedes Making Baby SL

Believe it or not, Mercedes has recently revealed that they'll be launching a two-seat sports car based upon their tiny B-class platform. Tentatively named the Mercedes Benz SLA and looking (so far) like a scaled-down Mercedes McLaren SLR, the tiny little front-wheel drive roadster will feature a 1.6L turbocharged four cylinder for us North Americans, while Europeans will also get to select a 1.8L turbo diesel. Behind both will be an available seven speed dual-clutch arrangement, or a six speed manual.
