Throwback Thursday: 1995 teenage drivers, has the story changed?

It was almost 25 years ago when Motoring TV met high school students and talked about teenage driving.
Unlike today, we were actually allowed with a camera into the school.
These students were eager to talk about their generation when it comes to driving, and we met the winners of a short film contest directed at dangerous driving.
