Throwback Thursday: Message to car owners

Bill Gardiner has spent most of his life doing what he likes, working on vehicles as a professional mechanic.
An original member of Motoring TV back in 1988, Bill has also become this country's favourite mechanic.
He loves his customers and enjoys helping them keep their automobiles in good shape.
BUT, every now and then he does get a bit frustrated with the way some customers treat their vehicles and he needs to let off some steam.
That happened during Motoring TV's Car of the Year special in 1992.
