Jim Kenzie wouldn't be a suspicious person by nature, would he?

"But I did get this particular suspicion about 10 years ago," he says, "when I noticed that an awful lot of new cars had taillights that looked exactly the same."

Was a conspiracy afoot?

"Maybe there's some kind of secret society," Jim says.

That conspiracy theory has only been perpetuated more recently, with grilles that look awful similar from brand to brand.
