Throwback Thursday: How to properly adjust your mirrors
With the proliferation of cameras and sensors on today's automobiles, safety is, at least in theory, at an all-time high.
Backup cameras are available on everything from the Nissan Micra to the Ram 1500, and front-view and 360° cameras, and blind spot, lane departure and a host of other warning systems are more common now than ever before.
But that doesn't mean adjusting your rear- and side view mirrors is any less important.
As Jim Kenzie perfectly illustrated back in 1995, with properly adjusted mirrors, shoulder checks should be almost unnecessary.
