Kenzie's Korner: HOV lanes are a pox on society

On this edition of Kenzie's Korner, Jim Kenzie sounds off on HOV lanes, something he calls "a pox on our society."

While HOV lanes, for or high occupancy vehicle, that is, have existed in Ontario for years now, the rule change from two or more passengers to three or more during the Pan Am Games is driving Jim—and rivers everywhere—crazy.
