Tip of the Week: Replacing gas-charged lift supports
Most cars of the road today feature two or more gas-charged lift supports, or the cylinders that hold up the tailgate, hood, or even glove box.
Charged with a pressurized nitrogen, those cylinders eventually begin to fail and need to be replaced.
