Issue: On certain trucks, the exterior stainless-steel trim panel(s) (cant rail) may not be attached properly.

As a result, the panel(s) could loosen and detach from the truck.

Safety Risk: A panel that detaches from the truck could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange for the replacement of the cant rail assembly.
