Issue: Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the antilock braking system (ABS) not to work properly. As a result, the ABS could cause reduced braking or a loss of brakes. Safety Risk: Reduced braking or a loss of brakes can increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Acura will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the electronic brake control module software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at an Acura dealership. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
