Issue: On certain vehicles, the left-rear seat back striker may not have been aligned correctly.

As a result, the seat back may not lock in the upright position and unrestrained cargo could move in a crash.

Safety Risk: A seat back that moves in a crash could create an increased risk of injury.

Additionally, cargo that moves in a crash could create a risk of injury.

Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect and, if necessary, adjust the left-rear seat back striker.
