Issue: On certain vehicles, the transmission control unit (TCU) may not be sealed properly.

As a result, transmission fluid could leak into the unit.

If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.

Additionally, if the vehicle is parked and the parking brake isn't applied, the vehicle could roll away.

Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.

Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the valve body and control unit.
