Issue: On certain vehicles, the head restraints on the second-row center and/or right seat(s) may not have been properly welded.

As a result, the head restraint(s) could move or detach from a seat in a crash.

Safety Risk: Head restraints that move or detach in a crash could increase the risk of an injury.

Corrective Actions: Toyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the second-row right seatback frame.
