Issue: On one vehicle, the coolant pipe attachment bolts may not have been tightened properly.

Over time, the bolts could loosen and create a coolant leak.

Safety Risk: A coolant leak onto the exhaust system could create a fire risk.

Corrective Actions: The affected vehicle has not been sold to a customer.

Subaru will instruct the dealer to tighten the water pipe attachment bolts before the vehicle is sold.
