Issue: On a small number of vehicles, a defect in the low-beam headlamps could cause them not to provide enough light.

As a result, the headlamps do not meet the requirements of Canadian regulations.

Safety Risk: Headlamps that do not work properly cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers.

Rolls-Royce will instruct dealers to replace the headlamps before each vehicle is sold.
