Issue: On certain vehicles, the nuts that attach the windshield wiper arms may not have been tightened properly.

This could cause the wipers to slip and not clear the windshield properly.

Safety Risk: Windshield wipers that do not work properly could affect a driver's visibility.

This could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to tighten the nuts on the windshield wiper arms.
