Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the forward-facing camera may not be aligned correctly.

As a result, different driver assistance technologies may not work properly.

This includes the pre-collision assist, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping system, driver alert, and auto high beam control.

Safety Risk: Driver assistance technologies that do not work properly could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford dealership to realign the forward-facing camera.
