Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the gearbox may not be filled to the correct oil level.

As a result, the clutch could slip and cause a loss of power to the wheels.

Additionally, when driving the vehicle on a racetrack, oil could leak through the breather valve.

Note: If the clutch slips due to a low oil level, a warning message may display on the instrument cluster.

Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

Oil that leaks onto hot engine parts could cause a fire.

Corrective Actions: Audi will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and correct the oil level in the gearbox, as necessary.
