Issue: On certain Grand Cherokee L models, the driver may not be able to switch on the high beam headlamps if the light switch is set to the AUTO position. Note: This recall only affects vehicles that are not equipped with the "automatic high beams" function. Safety Risk: High beam headlamps that do not switch on may cause reduced visibility and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the vehicle software.
