Issue: On certain vehicles, the front turn signal bulbs could be defective.

As a result, the bulbs could crack and the turn signals may not work.

Safety Risk: Front turn signals that do not work may cause a person not to recognize that the driver intends to turn or change lanes.

This could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action: Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the lot code of the front turn signal bulbs inspected.

All affected bulbs will be replaced.
