Issue: On certain vehicles, the left headlamp may have the wrong lens.

As a result, the headlamp could produce blue light.

Canadian regulations do not allow headlamps to emit blue light.

Safety Risk: A headlight that produces blue light could confuse other drivers, which could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers.

BMW will instruct dealers to inspect and replace the left headlamp, if necessary.
